Some items (including cup charms and accessories) require simple assembly such as twisting or securing components into place. Instructions and/or tools are provided when applicable.

If additional assistance is needed, we recommend having a small pair of pliers.

✨ Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are handmade specifically for you. Because of this, custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once completed and delivered in functional condition.

✨ Returns & Refunds

Refunds are not offered on functional, custom-made items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist appropriately.
